RETURNS

We offer a 100% full money back guarantee - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, to request a refund and for return shipment instructions. Items must be in NEW condition and NOT used.
NOTE: Shipping fees and return shipment fees are not reimbursed. Return shipments are paid for at the expense of the customer.

The following categories of items are not eligible for return:
- Custom orders
- Sale items
- Personal care items
- Clothing
- Cups
- Baby clothing/items

To complete your return, please email us at info@pippandjune.com and request return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

EXCHANGES
At this time we do not accept exchanges.

MISSING PACKAGES AFTER SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

All packages that indicate they were successfully "Delivered" by the Shipping Carrier Tracking Number are NOT available for refund or free replacement. Pippa + June is not responsible for stolen packages after they have been successfully delivered.

If you are shipping a returned item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure we receive your return. 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, REFUSAL OF PACKAGE

All orders are shipped to the Shipping Address provided by the customer, Orders will NOT be refunded due to incorrect shipping addresses, typos, unclaimed packages, refusal to pay local duties, AND/OR refusal to accept package. 

If any of the above examples occurs or similar, a refund will NOT be issued and the package will be reshipped at the expense of the Customer.

REFUNDS

Once a return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return guidelines. The refund will then be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that depending on the credit card company or bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
